I couldn’t get past Cruise’s American accent and how this is a pale shadow of Downfall. The tension is lost because you know the ending.

Thou shalt not write LOL unless you are actually loughing out loud. I did. A lot. I don’t do that often with modern comedies.

Not going to be flip about the enjoyment conflict between a naked Kate Winslet and her being a Nazi. Dark, complex, gorgeously acted and memorable.
