Love going out to the Brook Lodge Hotel just outside Aughrim. They have an organic market on the first Sunday of the month although it’s really just a cheap excuse to sit in the extensive grounds, drink apple juice and eat their fine, fine barbequeued burgers and sausages…. And go for a dip in the river by the church…
